Welcome to web presence of the 10th South Carolina Volunteer Infantry. We are a re-enacting unit located in Charleston, SC. The 10th SCVI portrays the men who fought within the ranks of the original Tenth SC Regiment. It is our mission to portray these courageous and honorable men with the same kind of honor and dedication as they presented. We are not hardcore re-enactors, but we push ourselves to represent an era when the Southern man had to step forward during inauspicious times to survive. The men we portray were the hardcore unit. We encourage to gather knowledge of the heroic 10th South Carolina Regiment. We encourage you to attend an event that the 10th SCVI is participating in. If you are interested in re-enacting, ask a re-enactor!
